Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Most clients are not home. A lock code, garage entry, or lockbox works fine. Many people prefer to be here for the first visit to walk us through the space. Either way, tell us what you are comfortable with and we will work with your routine.
What if my home needs more time than expected?
You hear about it before we bill. If condition or size means we need more time or a follow-up visit, we tell you upfront. No silent add-ons or surprises on the invoice.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with professional products and vacuums. If you have sensitivities, prefer green brands, or want us to use specific products in certain rooms, just mention it when you book.
How far ahead should I book a move-out clean?
As soon as you have a date. End-of-month weeks fill fast across Hampton Roads. Military orders sometimes move fast, so call us directly when that happens and we will do what we can.
Is Clove Clean licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured. If anything is damaged during a visit, contact us and we handle it directly. You should not have to wonder about that.
